ESSAC / ESSOR / ESSOD Filter Drier series are hermetic Filter Drier in compacted bead style for use on liquid line.
Moisture removal formula, is prepared as %100 Molecular Sieve targeting maximum moisture and acid removal from the system.
ESSACTM / ESSORTM / ESSODTM Filter Drier Series are hermetic Filter Drier in compacted solid core for use on liquid line.
Moisture removal formula, is prepared as %100 Molecular Sieve targeting maximum moisture removal and acid formation prevention.
These series are specially produced for vehicle type refrigeration and air conditioning systems. The unique design enhances the performance of the Filter Drier in commercial type vehicle refrigeration and air conditioning even if there is variable engine revolution problem.
Compatible with every refrigerant used in commercial vehicle refrigeration and air conditioning, including R1234yf.
Properties:
– ESSAC / ESSACTM Series have 45° flare type connection,
– ESSOR / ESSORTM Series have O-Ring face seal connection,
– ESSOD / ESSODTM Series have O-Ring connection,
– Extremely high water adsorption capacity compared to others brands,
– High acid adsorption / preventation capacity,
– Ability to filtration of unwanted particals more then size of 40 microns by the grade filtration,
– High crush and abrasion strength even after full capacity,
– Working temperature is between -40 °C, +120 °C,
– Maximum working pressure is 45 bar,
– Minimum flow resistance.
– High performance with even R1234yf.
