ESSDC / ESSDCS / ESSDMC / ESSDMCS Filter Drier Series are hermetic Filter Drier in compacted bead style for use on liquid line.
ESSDTMC / ESSDTMCS Filter Drier Series are hermetic Filter Drier in compacted solid core for use on liquid line.
ESSDC / ESSDCS / ESSDMC / ESSDMCS Series are designed for use with CO2 (R-744) in “Subcritical Zone”.
Moisture removal formula, is prepared as %100 Molecular Sieve in ESSDMC, ESSDMCS, ESSDTMC and ESSDTMCS Series, %80 Molecular Sieve and %20 Activated Alumina in ESSDC and ESSDCS Series targeting maximum moisture removal and acid formation prevention.
ESSDMC, ESSDMCS, ESSDTMC and ESSDTMCS Series are compatible with POE oils and additives.
Properties:
– ESSDC / ESSDMC / ESSDTMC Series have 45° flare type connection,
– ESSDCS / ESSDMCS / ESSDTMCS Series have solder type connection,
– Extremely high water adsorption capacity compared to others brands,
– High acid preventation capacity,
– Ability to filtration of unwanted particals more then size of 20 microns by the grade filtration,
– High crush and abrasion strength even after full capacity,
– Working temperature is between -40 °C, +120 °C,
– Maximum working pressure is 70 bar for Ø 45, 60 bar for Ø 60,
– Minimum flow resistance.
On the tables, the Filter Driers’ dimensions, water adsorption capacities, dehydration capacities are shown according to the working temperature.
